Pink Elephant One day a baby pink elephant was sad and scared because she fell ill and not getting better. She said to her mum "I don't want to go to heaven". Mum didn't want for her to be sad or scared so she told her what a wonderful place heaven was. "Somewhere not far away is a place where one day everyone has to go when the time is right. A fantastic land where is no night or day and the sun always shine. It's just perfect. The brightest rainbows you will ever see, so bright you have to wear sunglasses. Chocolate mountains with jelly-tot boats. Ice-cream rivers and lemonade fountains. Llolipops grow from all the trees and pink fluffy candy floss clouds float by. The greenest grass and the brightest flowers cover the land. Children laugh and play all day building sandcastles out of fairy dust and catching butterfly cakes that fly away and never can be caught. The chewiest bubble gum balloons that float high, gigantic footballs made of marshmallow. Dogs and cats play chase with the sugar mice, and lay in the sun when they get tired. Multi coloured birds fly high in the pink sherbet sky, dropping clear crystal dew drops from their golden hair and there no wicked witches, just good beautiful fairies who really do have magic wands. Everything in this magical place is just perfect". Baby elephant smiled and asked mum: But where is this place? can we go an see it? "No, we have to wait for our special invtation to this beautiful land, until then if you close your eyes and fall into dreamland and use your imagination you'll realise that the magical place can be as real as you want it to be. This place is all around is everywhere and it's not far away" Now that baby elephant has gone to this beautiful place mum elephant is sad and scared, she has too many things she would like to say, to write, to share about her baby elephant, about her lovely smile and little hand waving that says "Hi, I'm ok"...
